Colony Cares Delivers

It has been almost exactly a year since Colony Workplaces was created, setting out to offer Huntington a coworking space that everyone could benefit from.  Thankfully, the members of our community immediately responded to the services we have to offer.  It didn't take long before we were in a position that we could set out to give back to our community.  That is when we formed Colony Cares.  With every new member to Colony, we give back to the Huntington School district and the Huntington Lighthouse Preservation Society.

With school starting next week, we reached out to the members of our community, asking them to help the teachers to help their students.  Studies show that the average teacher spends over $400 a year of their own salary on school supplies for their classroom and students.  We want to thank Diane Jakubowski for her incredible donation.  Thanks to her donation, several students will have the supplies they need to excel in school this year.  This donation will be distributed to the Jack Abrams STEM Magnet School with the help of Patrice Monks.
