Client Profile: Huntington Moms

We are excited to announce that Huntington Moms has secured coworking space with us. Not only do we welcome Sofia Carpio and her team to Colony, but also we are excited that Huntington Moms will now offer a great resource to the rest of our members.

Huntington Moms is a resource website for parents and the community living in The Town of Huntington and Long Island.  They strive to bring light to local businesses and provide their readers with the best resources available to make life easier.  We asked Sofia Carpio, owner of Huntington Moms, what are the best ways to utilize their services.  Sofia told us “features such as “Meet a Mom”, active calendar and local deals allow families to explore and connect with local business owners and support our community.”

Ms. Carpio launched Huntington Moms in October 2018.  We asked Sofia what prompted her to start Huntington Moms.  She told us that “being a new mom that moved to the Town of Huntington without much knowledge of what our community has to offer, I decided to start connecting with local businesses and put together a one stop shop for parents that would make home life a little easier.”  She goes on to tell us that, “as part of The Local Moms Network, we also team up with National brands to bring you deals on goods and services.”
